Following the recent government announcements the RFU have updated the latest guidance on how you can train and stay active while maintaining social distance.

With this in mind we are currently in the process of planning some small group fitness & game related sessions, possibly Tuesdays & Thursday’s. Of course safety is paramount and we will have more details to follow.
