Whilst we are all waiting to get back to some sort of normality (and back to playing rugby!)? we thought we’d get to know a bit more about the Players and Backroom Staff at Frome RFC...
First up we have Director of Rugby and Player, Cameron Hastie.
| When was your first XV debut? 1994, can’t remember who against.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Being appointed the Club DoR.
| What Netflix show do you binge? Dexter.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? My special marinated Chicken.
| What is your prematch song? A Town called Malice by the Jam.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Aim high, commit and enjoy.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? Tim Doyle.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Learn to play the Drums.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Elliott Bowler makes me laugh.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Kabaddi.
| Favourite film? So many, but I’d say Snatch.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Running, Cycling on my exercise bike and weights in the garden.

| Do you have any prematch rituals/superstitions? Taping up both my thumbs.
16. What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Do the things in your house that you never had time to do, and keep on top of your mental well-being.
