Bath Saracens RFC
Frome RFC

The Frome RFC 2nd XV, who currently sit top of their league, made the short trip to Bath at the weekend when they took on Bath Saracens RFC 1st XV at Odd Down.
Frome 2nd didn’t take long to take control of the game with big carries by the Pack and some good handling by the Backline.
With some great game play and discipline frome found their way into the game with tries coming from No. Stevan Randall, Fly Half, Fin Van Gorph, Second Row Stuart Elliott, Hooker Jack Carter, Ethan White, Flanker Kayden Henley, Scrum Half Cam Vince, Nick Powell and Centre Cory Plumridge, gave a first half score line of 0-57.
HT: Bath Saracens 0 - 57 Frome II
The Second Half was a more controlled performance with changes happening through out, another try by Randall, two tries by Toby Cassidy and a try by Tom Weston finished the game off 0-79.
Team Manager, Andy Vince commented “It was a great display, especially the first half.
Notable performances came from No.8 Stevan Randall who ran hard all game, the Half Back pairing of Cam Vince and Fin Van Gorph who ran the game well and kept up the pace.
Winger Toby Cassidy caused the defence problems through out every time the ball went wide.
But, the Player of the Match went to Flanker Kayden Henley who showed great energy through out and was absolutely everywhere.
