| When was your first XV debut? It was Away to Nailsea & Backwell RFC in 1998.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? There have been a few, winning the league v Wells RFC at home last game of season has alway stuck in my head.
| What Netflix show do you binge? Not really a ‘Netflixer’ but did enjoy After Life.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Indian/I’ve Cream.
| What is your prematch song? Whatever is on.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? You get back what you put in, so give it your all!
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? Played along side some great players over the years, but would love have another 80 mins with Matt Pearce.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Competitive eating.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate?
Don’t do funny.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Darts.
| Favourite film? Snatch.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Doing what I normally do.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Can honestly say I don’t have one really.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? Always sit in the right space in changing room, two pairs of socks and have to be wearing the No.5 shirt.
| What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Keep in touch with those most important to you. They won’t be there forever.
