| When was your first senior debut? Pre season friendly vs Midsomer Norton back in 2017.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Winning the league with Frome 2nds in 2018-2019 season. Watching the 2nds comeback from 23 points down away vs Marlborough. I knew we would win the league after that game.
| What Netflix show do you binge Or fabricate TV show? It’s always sunny in Philadelphia or Star trek: the next generation.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Fried chicken!
| What is your prematch song? Fort minor: remember the name.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Rock up to pre season, meet as many people as you can and get stuck in. Stick around for a beer after a game if you can.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? Toby Culff, before he was made of glass. Gary Webster before his knee exploded.
| What hobby would you like to take up?
Piano and cross fit.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate?
James Milton, can make me laugh by saying very little/nothing.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Football. Always enjoyed playing in goal.
| Favourite film? Finding Nemo, absolute classic.
| How are you staying fit during isolation?
Running 2.7-3 miles 5/7 days a week. Training with the help of Frome player Ben Eley and his fitness business (socially responsible of course!)
| Who’s your sporting hero? Micheal Jordan, what an absolute legend. If you haven’t watched the Netflix series: “The last dance” you are missing out.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? Eat a flapjack and a banana before a match always.
|What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Stay active - it’s good for your mental health. Keep in touch with friends and family.
