| When was your first XV debut? 2007, I came off the bench to join Kyle Stickley and Elliott Bowler in the front row.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Being Club captain for 3 seasons was a privilege and I’ll never forget leading the boys out onto the Rec twice and winning the Bath Combination Vase both times!
| What Netflix show do you binge? I’ve just finished Afterlife, although I don’t watch much TV at all.
| What food is your guilty pleasure?
Definitely Indian.. Poppadoms, Lamb Naga, Pilau rice and a keema naan.... Every time!
| What is your prematch song? I don’t particularly have one, although when Brothers in arms was played in the changing rooms before a game, that certainly got the blood and tears flowing.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Cherish the good times.... learn from the bad, play hard and carry carry carry.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? I’ve played with some fantastic players and made some friends for life throughout the years at Frome. There are to many to name, but it would be a lot of fun to lace the boots one last time with my old pal Bob Tinsley.
| What hobby would you like to take up?
Golf, I bought some sticks 2 years ago and still haven’t used them.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate?
Elliott Bowler is a very funny guy, at the right times.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? I strangely love running, so I concentrate on that.
| Favourite film? Gladiator & Hot Fuzz.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Lots of running and the occasional cycle.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Sammy Burgess, Lewis Moody and recently Tyson Fury.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? I couldn’t play without a gum shield.
| What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Focus on what you can control, don’t get overwhelmed by the stuff you can’t.
