| When was your first XV debut? 2007, the first of 3 spells at the Club, the first 2 as a player and my current time with the club as a player/coach.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Last seasons home playoff was incredible, despite the score it was great. Also being selected for Somerset County 1st whilst being at Frome.
| What Netflix show do you binge? Whitechapel, it’s brilliant.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Ice cream, by the tub....
| Whose the toughest player you’ve come up against? Jake Woolmore when he was at Sherborne RFC (he now plays in the Premierships with Bristol Bears)
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Enjoy as much as you can, if you put in the effort and commitment you will achieve your ambitions.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? Toby Culff, because of his hard hits and knobbly knees.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Plying the piano, I’ve tried the guitar but the played in my arm following an injury prevent me from getting a note out!
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Rob James, because he’s a right character and a barrel of laughs.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Any pub sport, proper pub athlete.
| Favourite film? Robin Hood Prince of Thieves
| How are you staying fit during isolation? I’ve been on a couple of runs but to be honest I’m enjoying the rest.....beer and food.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Has to be Lawrence Dallaglio, the passion he always should during the national anthem!
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? No, not anymore...
| What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Try to enjoy the time you have if you are in lockdown with family or friends.
