| When was your first XV debut? It was in 2014, away at Devizes RFC.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Kicking the two penalties against Trowbridge to win 6-3, along with last seasons Play off game at home against Buckingham.

| What food is your guilty pleasure? Macaroni Cheese - the cheesier the better!
| What is your prematch song? Welcome to the Jungle, Guns & Roses.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? It can be daunting at first, but everyone makes you feel so welcome, it’s a second home now.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? Head Coach Toby Culff, he talks a good game and would be nice to experience it first hand.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Strongman lifting, something satisfying about lifting heavy objects.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Forwards Coach & Player Elliott Bowler.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Football, I always played it growing up.
| Favourite film? Happy Gilmore, absolute classic.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Flipping tractor tyres and attempting some sprints.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Growing up & playing football it was Thierry Henry, different class!
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? I have two odd socks and I have to wear them on a certain leg.
| What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Keep in touch with your pals, just because you can’t see them doesn’t mean you can’t have fun still!
