| When was your first XV debut? This is a struggle to remember, I think it was away at Nailsea in 1998.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Winning the league and winning at The Rec a couple times have been all great.
| What Netflix show do you binge? The Trip.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Crisps, and more crisps.
| What is your prematch song? Sabotage, Beastie Boys.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Play and get involved, a great family.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? I’ll name a few but there are many more; John Moss, Keith Norris, Garrie Webster, Roger Gilson, Malc Parnell.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Something that didn’t involve bending my knees!
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Elliott Bowler is good banter.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Cricket, wouldn’t be any good at it but would like it.
| Favourite film? Not going to pretend to be cool like the others; Mary Poppins.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Press Ups, not many mind.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Zinzan Brooke
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? Cover myself in bandages, run around half the pitch slowly and then ready to go.
|What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Stay safe and don’t drink to much!
