| When was your first XV debut? It was in 2001 away to Melksham RFC.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Their has been so many but I would have to say winning the league in 02/03 season.
| What Netflix show do you binge? At the moment it's Riverdale.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Chinese food.
| What is your prematch song? Brothers in Arms and the Any Given Sunday speech.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Give it everything and listen to the players and coaches, most importantly thou enjoy it.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? For me it would have to be Simon ‘Shadow’ Bates, loved playing with him.
| What hobby would you like to take up? I have recently taken up photography so let's go with that.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Max Lund is a good for a laugh there are many more.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Squash I played at County and South West levels before I started playing rugby.
| Favourite film? 300.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? I'm doing 3 workouts a week and walking lots.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Martin Johnson.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? My bag always has to be packed the same way and my socks and boots go on left foot first.
|What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Stay positive, get out for a walk, don't sit in the house on tour own and keep in touch with your friends.
