| When was your first senior debut? It would’ve been during the February of 2008. You had to buy the Somerset Standard to see if you had been selected in those days....
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment?
Captaining an undefeated 3rd XV in the 14/15 season. A special season with a great bunch of blokes!
| What Netflix show do you binge? I’m a bit of a TV buff so I’ve seen most of the noteworthy shows.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? I do love a Pizza!
| What is your prematch song? As team DJ, I play what the lads want (within reason). I’m a man of the people!
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Drink with your left hand and try ridiculous offloads wherever possible.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? My scrummaging partner Will ‘Big Whippy’ Witt as he keeps me safe from bullies.
| What hobby would you like to take up? During lockdown I’ve been learning pointless skills. I’m on juggling at the moment.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? That’s a tough one.... I probably laugh at Stu Elliott the most.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Football. I’ve got an absolute wand of a left foot.
| Favourite film? The Shawshank Redemption.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? A mixture of kettlebells, running and stretching.
| Who’s your sporting hero? Paul Scholes.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions?
A cup of coffee in the clubhouse, followed by putting my kit on in a specific order.
|What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Don’t learn how to juggle!
