| When was your first XV debut? Walcot away 2017/18 season
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Without a doubt last seasons play off! The whole day was an unforgettable experience. The delayed floodlit finish at Devizes last season also sticks in my memory.
| What Netflix show do you binge? Prison break or friends
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Biscuits, by the packet.
| What is your prematch song? Legendary - Welshly Arms
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Tackling only hurts if you don’t go in 100% committed. A great sport on and off the field which builds friends for life.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? I would love to have seen Paul Lovett play. Not forgetting my bromance with French Micky haha.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Very cliche but I would like to learn to play an instrument, probably Guitar.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Elliot Bowler ending sentences by progressively getting louder into a full shout always cracks me up.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? Play already but would commit more time to Golf.
| Favourite film? Shawshank Redemption without a doubt.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Home workouts and bike rides. Alongside these much appreciated weekly challenges from Toby Culf.
| Who’s your sporting hero? I fangirl Maro Itoje.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? Vapor rub and perfectly neat line out block taping.
| What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Check on those more vulnerable than you regularly. Stay positive and clap on Thursday’s!
