| When was your first XV debut? I can’t recall the date, i remember being in shock, I’d been playing on the wing for the 3rd XV the previous season and during preseason training they asked if I wanted to play in the forwards...that season I got to cuddle up in the second row with the famous Dan Castle.
| What has been your best Frome RFC moment? Playing at The Rec twice in the Combination Vase, both amazing experiences but if I had to choose one it would be the second time winning under Captain Will Button, the bloke is an amazing leader and top guy.
| What Netflix show do you binge? American Horror Stories.
| What food is your guilty pleasure? Chocolate, I inhale it.
| What is your prematch song? Lots of AC/DC.
| What advice would you give someone getting into rugby union? Just get involved, the more you do the more it feels like a family.
| Which player, past or present would you most like to play with? I’d have to say anyone of the Stickley’s - would have been fun.
| What hobby would you like to take up? Martial arts.
| Who is the funniest Frome RFC teammate? Aaron Blaney and James Howard.
| What sport would you play if you weren’t a rugby player? I ldn like to try American Football.
| Favourite film? Princess Bride and Kelly’s Heroes, bit random I know.
| How are you staying fit during isolation? Push ups, push ups and push ups.
| Who’s your sporting hero? I’d have to say Henry Paul.
| Do you have any prematch rituals or superstitions? Just use as much tape as possible.
| What advice do you have for people during lockdown? Just stay in, follow the government guidelines an help take the strain off the NHS - our modern day heroes.
